NOW - Cousin Greg is generous and I have a HUGE HUGE zucchini - seriously, this thing is probably 18-20 inches long and big around. *SHUT UP DIRTY MINDS*

I need lots of suggestions as to what to do with this. My mom took the first one he brought me and shredded it and will make bread with it, yum, but I need some other ideas - recipes, etc. My kids don't like it, pooh on them, but I do so what can you share with me?
