yes as an intellectual exericse, especially in the political science realm or for Congressmen to play with, as well as those federal cases. Yes while it is one of religion, for many countries they governor by religious law if ya will remember ;) they don't take too kindly to us hahaha and if events in Europe are any sign of how they feel about us, the Europeans are having to fight back against Sharia law imposing itself on Europe and their courts too. Then again it is also wrong for the French to try and ban burkas (sp?), I think its a public ban, I think it should just not be allowed in school, otherwise let them wear them, its like the Jewish hats... I am not remembering names right now...


not sure, but they are, especially in more liberal states *_*;;;; and its been tried here in Oklahoma, we have had one case that I know of, and I think there are more *_* Yes you are right about the states and their laws, and usually is true!
