Eating the right foods and making myself go to sleep at a reasonable time is making such a difference. I'm sticking with low fat foods - mostly soups, but some low fat snacks and things, too and I'm making myself go to bed at or before midnight, regardless of my shift the next day, and I am feeling better. Not 100%, but it's much more bearable and I think I can managed until the 10th without being completely miserable.
Speaking of which, it's my bedtime. :P
