Saishu follows, after eyeing the guide, not sure how much help that'll be.
She's a little more selective on food - not on amounts, but sticking strickly with things where a basic idea of contents are eiher posted, or obvious on looking. teriyaki chicken is fine, the mixed vegetables seem ok, fried chicken, grape leaves... she draws the line at some of the Asian food jumbles.
