Kind of in the same boat. I'm physically exhausted when I get home but my brain just won't chill out. That's kind of why I'm really glad to have this game done, hopefully it'll tire my brain out and let me relax... if that makes sense. Doesn't making these games tire you out?
Rain always helps me sleep, but I don't see any in the forecast. You should download some ambient sounds of rain and thunderstorms to play when you sleep. [Link~] is the one I use.
