Prefect meetings occur every Sunday at 4:00 PM. Optional/emergency meetings may be called when/if the Head Boy or Girl sees it fit. Prefects in the same year and house are expected to meet for half an hour a week and should work this out depending on their schedules. House Prefect meetings should occur a half an hour before the General meeting, in order for everyone to discuss the week prior.

Head Boy and Girl are expected to meet after the general meeting and brief the Headmistress at 8:00 every Sunday evening.

Curfew begins at 9:00 PM except on Friday and Saturday evenings; curfew on these nights begins at 11:00 PM. Prefect rounds are to ensure this curfew is enforced, the exception being when a student is given express permission from a Professor. Every evening, either the Head Boy or Girl will be on duty, and it is to them that any problem will be reported.
