[looks up from the already piling up mound of paper work from other cases he has been forced into focusing on, bracing for the bad news just as expected.] He always manages to get away. A technicality, a loop hole. We have never got him into the interrogation room once. Why is he so unobtainable? [pushes the other paperwork aside for the new one, looking over the notes left instead.]
