what you need for the application process: examples; a biography at least one (1) paragraph long that clearly states your character's birthday, full name, occupation, and political affiliation; an ic journal; and a plot or storyline request post. aim is optional. also, aim will be considered "owls" between characters but owls can always be posted in the main community.
