JIMBO! [thats me saying that as if we're boys from way back when] I've been looking at billions of places for an alternative to GJ and I only been snooping around this site for an hour and I have to say that I've NEVER felt more compelled to donate to anything.

Which I will, as soon as I figure out paypal. I'd rather send you a money order if thats any and all possible though. I'll even try and get my friends to contribute [I have a lot of friends in a gaming community I run on GJ, which I'll be bringing them all over to this site pretty soon so you could most likely look forward to their donations as well]

Two quick questions though! In the donations section after listing various amounts of money, I read `you can set up to [X number of] accounts to be of paid status.` What's that mean, exactly? And do you think we'd have a multiple icon uploader any time soon?

Okay, a good way of explaining it is like so,
Say I have 5 accounts. I donate $20 - 39, and then give him the name of my accounts. All are set to paid account status. Instead of paying (insert fee here) for every one of them like you would on Livejournal and similar websites.

Also, I've been reading around and apparently if you donate, you can also ask for a friend's account to be of paid account status with some of the money you have donated.

Yup that's pretty much it. :)

I actually made a multiple icon uploader. If Jimmy doesn't mind, I'd be happy to share it with everyone :)

Butting in here! If you have the icon uploader that was floating around Greatestjournal, it works here, too. Just edit the .bat file in Notepad or whatever.
