I come bearing a question!

So I know you can take a name and put it up over on usernames if the account isn't validated. But I've seen a few people who say that their accounts were validated. I'm wondering if there's another criteria we have to meet to avoid getting our names taken?

I'd guess that if a journal had icons uploaded or some evidence of activity, it would be safe. Yes? No?

Really? Because I've read the comments of lots of people that had validated accounts mistakenly given away. Not only that, but I've also read of some that did have icons uploaded/other signs of activity.

Not trying to start anything, of course :P Just wondering how to keep my accounts safe!
