I'm sorry! I missed the part where it said you didn't have the passwords anymore! Honestly I would just suggest submitting a support ticket about it then. That seems to be the best way to get help!

You can't resend validation emails from your end? I could have sworn I read somewhere that it was possible.

Yikes! I guess they are out luck then. This is why I always validate right away! Otherwise stuff like this would definitely happen to me all the time.

Nope, we cannot reset, change passwords or really any of that. You as the user should remember your own passwords and tie the account to a valid and working email address :)

i got you, it's valid and working i've had it for 3 years now and i have other journals to it here, back when you guys were doing the early january clean out, it wasn't letting me validate and then it said the passwords weren't correct. they're not in use now, so it might've just been a fluke. either way no real loss :)
