i don't see them in use but it's not sending them either. the thing is i tried to get them before they did that, and it didn't work. i think they're just lost haha :( thank you though for the effort

Actually you want to visit this page to resend validation emails. The link you were previously given just sends you either lost usernames or lost passwords.

Um actually if the email isn't registered it also includes a link to validate the email in the lost password email, I have done this before and it does work.

On the link you showed you have to be logged in for it to work, which won't help since they can't log in.

Did you try putting the username you're trying to get the password for and the email?

Strange it doesn't work, but maybe they were given away, and the people who've got them just aren't using them yet. :\ Check usernames to see if they were on the list but are now strikedout (meaning someone requested it).

If they're not on that list I have no idea what could be wrong.

It might not be striked out, I think we got most of the requests crossed out, but a few might not have made it.

I'm sorry! I missed the part where it said you didn't have the passwords anymore! Honestly I would just suggest submitting a support ticket about it then. That seems to be the best way to get help!

Yikes! I guess they are out luck then. This is why I always validate right away! Otherwise stuff like this would definitely happen to me all the time.

Nope, we cannot reset, change passwords or really any of that. You as the user should remember your own passwords and tie the account to a valid and working email address :)

i got you, it's valid and working i've had it for 3 years now and i have other journals to it here, back when you guys were doing the early january clean out, it wasn't letting me validate and then it said the passwords weren't correct. they're not in use now, so it might've just been a fluke. either way no real loss :)
