just a thought,.. since LJ has shown that they aren't beyond playing dirty,. Scribbld might look through the code in place and be sure that what you have is only the GPL code,.. because once they have consolidated their stand on LJ i can foresee the new owners going out to "consolidate" their customer base,.. and an injunction over copyright issues would put most small holdings in dire hurt,.. even if you aren't now you will later become a prime option to those fed up with the system at LJ.

just sayin,..o.o

what you're talking about.

if you're not aware of the changes with the new owners of lj the info is in their update pages,.. my point is that you're using LJ code, only the core of which is GPL,.. 6A stated that the new changes they were making to the code were no longer GPL but i'll wager that they aren't separated in the CV, since the new owners of Lj have stated that they intend to become business like if you have incorporated any of the code that is LJ copyrighted it makes you a target for an injunction at the very least, if not a target for punitive damages,.. this is of course a worse case scenario, but lj is becoming a hotbed of undisclosed process,.. you may be aware of all this,.. if so i apologize for taking your time,..o.o

Re: what you're talking about.

I am only using code under the GPL as most other LJ clones are...so I am not too sure where you're going with this.
