Chelle loves her family, but as the baby of the family she is pretty coddled and while she likes being spoiled by her family, she doesn't especially like how incredibly protective they can be. Most of the time she feels like they still treat her like a little kid and she hates that.

DETAILED PERSONALITY:
She's your typical bubbly teenager. Bouncy, flirty, friendly. Chelle is on the cheerleading squad, she's popular, she's had her share of boyfriends, though she hasn't let any of them past second base, she has a fairly large group of friends who are great for hanging out with, going shopping with, etc. She's not loud or obnoxious, but she isn't incredibly shy, either.
One's first impression of Chelle is usually that she's a very sweet girl. She can be a little ditzy at times, but she's far from stupid. Her grades are right around average, which is more because she doesn't apply herself than anything else. It's hard to make yourself spend your weekend doing your Algebra homework when the object of your teenage affections has invited you to this really great party.
That's not to say she's completely irresponsible. She'll stay home and study when she has to and she does her part around the house, pitching in with chores and keeping her room almost insanely neat. She tends to have these little cleaning sprees, these fits of having to obsessively clean, when she's upset or worried about something.
Chelle really loves kids, too. She babysits from time to time, when she needs a little extra spending money or there's something special she's saving up for (like a really amazing prom dress or a back to school wardrobe that is way more than her parents seem to think she needs).
She's very affectionate. She's always hugging and touching her friends and/or the people she's flirting with or talking to. She's just a touch feely person in general and it's sometimes hard for her to keep her hands to herself.
HISTORY:
Born the last of three children, Chelle is the baby of the family. She has an older brother and an older sister, both of whom can be what she likes to call annoyingly protective of her, even though they're really, really not. She's a little silly as far as that goes and maybe she just wants to think they're protective - that they'd kill anyone who tried to hurt her. Chelle is the baby, the princess, the one everyone else should look after and try to shelter from the world and despite her outward protests, she really kind of likes it that way.
HIgh school has been relatively good to her. There are friends and dances and parties. There's cheerleading and boys and all the things a normal, happy girl like her should be involved with. She really likes school and she'll be almost sorry to see it end in another couple of years.
Chelle kissed a girl for the first time this year and it was... confusing. She liked it. She really liked it, but she's so not gay. At least, she doesn't think she is. She certainly doesn't want to be, not with a brother who is a complete homophobe. She's pretty sure her sister and parents wouldn't understand, either, so she's managed to somehow deny the truth to herself. It was just a thing, she'd had a little too much to drink, and it definitely didn't mean anything. It absolutely didn't.
Besides, she's had boyfriends! And she's liked them! She's liked making out with them and touching them and being touched and... even though she's way too young to let things go very far, she definitely, definitely is into boys.
Despite feeling like 15 us a little young for sex, Chelle is starting to seriously consider giving up her virginity. She's chafing more and more under the protectiveness of her family and she thinks if she has sex and likes it, that will prove once and for all that she's definitely straight.
