This may seem lame, but try some NyQuill or something. When I take NyQuill, I can usually sleep through anything. ~~Even when dead people are constantly trying to talk to you, or make a lot of noise, and all you want to do is just sleep, and--~~

Trust me when I say I'm pretty familiar with people making a lot of noise when I'm trying to sleep.
