The accent is noted with a smile, he thinks it fits her well. Just like the dress. Something tells him she's not a model though, just by the way she carries herself. Models, he has experience with. They were often at the parties to 'pretty things up' as it was put and while there were a lot of different ones, he could spot them as a model from across the room. Yes, this woman certainly wasn't one though, even if she could make a killing at it.
"Enough to know I haven't seen you around before," he responds with a wry smile and holds out his hand. "Thomas. Thomas Kyle."
