Character Name: Sarah LeCroix

Physical description (face, build, weight): A tall blond with an almost model like appearance with green eyes. She has very fair skin and smooth features that indicate a Northern European ancestry. She's very pretty and dangerous looking all at once too with the sharp angles on her face and very little fat on her person.

Abilities: Trained from early childhood to be a thief.She is a trained acrobat on the level of a young Catwoman and is adept at using swing lines for getting around any kind non-magical means. (This does not include hacking.)

She is excellent at disguises for blending into crowds of varying social classes.

She can also speak French, Spanish, and Farsi though her Farsi has a peculiar accent native speakers would notice.

She can also understand by not speak Italian.

She is excellent at hand to hand being able to keep up with most non-powered fighters if they don't have a strategic advantage. She won't necessarily win though.

She uses a great deal of standard equipment that one would expect a modern day thief to use.

Weaknesses and flaws: She is human with human limitations. She is cocky about her skills as a thief. She can't say no to a challenge and has a habit of keeping trophies from her exploits as a thief.

She is not a Gotham native so most people have a strategic advantage when it comes to knowing where the best places to fight are.

She loves a good fight too and if she sees that it's getting unfair for her opponent she will try to call it off.

She has an aversion to guns and can't bring herself to use them even under extreme pressure.

Sarah also considers herself above all else a professional. This means she feels she must follow a code of conduct when acting as a thief and will try her best to not resort to what she views as petty thuggery for example she will seduce instead of intimidate anyone who gets in the way of her job. She feels using fear to get the job done is a slight against real skill as a thief as she views seduction as just another way of 'breaking in' to a place.

Alignment (villain, hero etc): Neither but currently being blackmailed to work for the Maroni Crime family

Relatives (living/dead?): Unnamed parents

Backstory: Adopted at an early age by a master thief known as 'The Fox' Sarah was trained to take his place when he was ready to retire. She was well taken care of and educated. She doesn't recall a time where she wasn't his apprentice and knows that whatever life he took her from before, this one is better.

When she was seventeen he had a stroke during the middle of a job in Gotham and she was forced to use one of his mafia connections to get him treatment. But then she was forced to keep up with repaying the crime family for them keeping her teacher alive.

She also can't get access to him as it's too dangerous for her to pit herself against the might of the crime family on her own. They keep her well paid and housed though as a thief working for them. So long as she remains loyal she has been assured that her teacher will be kept safe.

At this point though she is beginning to suspect that she should throw in with another crime family to save her mentor and free herself once and for all.

How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: She will be involved in a Mafia war between the two different crime families and will be stealing information on shipments from the Falcone crime family.


What are you planning to do with this character? A Gotham thief to help cause problems for the heroes. Mostly used to distract them from what's really going on. I want to see her though break free from the Maroni Crime family and start to determine her own fate.

She might even join the heroes after she decides they're better than the people who've been blackmailing her for the past three years.

What do you want to see happen with this character?: Stealing things and leading the Gotham Family on a merry chase through their city!

Also her being conflicted over her lifestyle once she starts to gain more ground on freeing herself.
