Fantasy AU
So she had been hired for a new job. Saving a city from some kind of magical plague. It was causing the dead to wake up from their graves in the large grave yard the city had been using for the past few centuries. The district it rests in has been closed off.

The woman waits by the gates to the district for the other person who had been hired on. By all reports the court wizard is working on a cure to treat those who are still living. The city itself seems so drab to her. Many people are hiding away to avoid getting sick.

She thinks once this task is done in the grave yard she will see what else she can do for these people.

The man who arrives is dressed in nearly all black, with the exception of the red leather tunic with a small gold bat embroidered over the heart. He's mostly in dark ranger gear, black cape with fur collar included, but with the exception of the arm guards (odd not-quite-spikes off of them) and spaulders on his shoulders. Though both are black with slight gold detailing that give hints to his more affluent background, but at the moment mostly covered by the cape. Something also suggests that despite on the surface having the usual weapons and shield one would expect...he's likely armed to the teeth. Who knows what's hidden under the cape.

"Only us two?"

	She is dressed in form fitting leather armor. It looks made for her the way it fits. She has a short sword hanging off her hip. Given her appearance she likely has many other weapons hidden on her person. "I heard there were supposed to be others." She looks concerned. "Could it be that we were the only ones who responded?" 	She stops to disable a trap someone had set up right in the streets. Idiots. With a flick of her wrist it is completely disabled. She moves on ahead keeping an eye out for trouble. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	While he'd seen the trap, he'd made no move to disable it, preferring to see if she'd notice first. Always good to know how capable the person you were working with was. He catches movement up ahead and nods towards it while quietly moving in that direction, sword drawn. (Reply to this)(Parent)
