He's seen her breaking the heel and is curious about what she'd going to do next but he has a job to do first.
There's 5 gunmen around the room, keeping the crowd in check. But this crowd is so jaded that they hardly look surprised. He jumps down behind the crowd and squeezes through to take the farthest gunman out with a nerve strike and then drag the body back behind the crowd and disappear to take out another to the guest's surprise. He sees the beginning of her performance and has to smile. This is going to be good.
The second gunman goes down in a very similar way except this time instead of disappearing into the crowd of guests he moves into the center to attract the others' attention. She can probably take out the big guy by her on her own, and so far he's managed to keep from laughing at the whole performance. He doesn't know if he can hold it in much longer. Lyta Vanderhielm? Priceless.
A few batargangs go out aimed at the gun hands. He won't pull out the smokebomb until he sees she's fine.
