Powers: Jordyn possesses immense physical strength and durability (letting her lift at least 45 tons under optimal conditions) and the ability to breathe underwater indefinitely, along with other aquatic adaptations.  Her ankle wings enable her to fly.  Jordyn possesses the unique ability to manipulate the molecules of water, causing it to either freeze or boil, though she is not directly hydrokinetic.

History: Jordyn is one quarter Plodex, one eighth Atlantean, and the remainder human-mutant, as well as the only daughter of Princess Nimue of Atlantis and her consort, Mason Jeffries of Canada.  Despite significant worries, Nim and Mason were able to successfully have a child without triggering any Plodex genetic imperatives in her, thanks to very careful medication use during the pregnancy, which was rather brief, though the egg took comparable time to a human pregnancy in hatching.  Raised equally in Canada and in Atlantis, Jordyn has a unique appreciation for both worlds than neither Namor nor Nimue could completely provide. 

Free-spirited and fun-loving, and with no future Alpha Flight these years hence, Jordyn was eventually introduced to and became friends with the Avengers children, providing some additional strength and vigor to the team.

Just in her short years, Jordyn and her parents have survived numerous assassination attempts by those who have worried or overly concerned themselves over the purities of the Royal Bloodline.  This concern has also shown up in attempts to pair her with an Atlantean male, especially since, should she wed a surface worlder, there becomes an increasing chance with each generation that there could be Atlantean royalty with no ability to brethe underwater at all.  But both King Namor and Princess Nimue have made it more than clear that any attempts to prevent Jordyn from choosing who she wishes (including bringing up any old challenge rituals) would be met with very harshly.

In the meantime, when not spending time in Atlantis or with the Avengers, Jordyn spends her time as a model for a company which produces wetsuits, surfboards, and other such things.
