~~I am not enjoying being covered in blood and vomit!~~ It is so exhilarating to be working at the hospital! The thought of how many lives we get to save a day---well of course, I'm not nearly ready to take on a case by myself ~~though with these other morons--~~ but to think! One day.

~~And my nephew is the cutest little thing in the world, by the---~~ How is everyone else coping with the real world?
