Personality: Sieffre is a very dedicated, loyal person who puts his family and friends above anything else. He is fairly intelligent and does well in his studies, but doesn’t act like a complete bookworm. He’s balanced, with a love of school and quidditch, and a mischievous streak that sometimes gets him into trouble. He loves seeing people happy and is always trying to make them smile. He hates seeing girls cry, and hates being the cause even more, and is a complete pushover when it comes to the ladies. He is somewhat…alright painfully socially awkward. He never really knows what to say, especially around girls, and he prefers to keep out of the spotlight, unless it’s for quidditch, because he loves that. He doesn’t really like to get involved in personal dramas and is admittedly not very emotionally intelligent. He has the amazing ability to always say the wrong thing, but after a while it almost becomes endearing. Almost. He isn’t incredibly social, or much of a talker (though he does have a lot of energy), but around his friends he’s very open. He believes in honesty above other things and finds it hard to trust people once they’ve betrayed his trust. He is very good-natured though and likes most people…except for bullies and blood purists. While mostly calm, he has a bit of a temper and has gotten into a fight or two in the past. Still, he’s responsible and tries to stay out of trouble, if only to keep from dishonouring his house. He is obsessive when it comes to Quidditch (think Oliver Wood), and really with anything he becomes super-involved in. He can’t make it through the day without a cup or six of coffee and he has a strange fascination with breakfast foods. He fidgets A LOT. He is extremely nervous and always has been. Unless he is asleep, he is always moving, fidgeting, or twitching. He jiggles his leg constantly, and flicks his fingers as though his life depends on it. No matter how comfortable his chair he will squirm and wriggle. Due to his anxious nature he feels the need to keep conversation flowing...which, given his knack for saying the wrong thing, isn't exactly good. Likes: Quidditch. Ashlyn. Football. Comic books. Coffee. Reading. Herbology. Dislikes: Transfigurations. Being called girly. Blood purists. Alignment: Neutral.
and i'll try not to sing out of key Personal History: Dafydd Robins and Betrys Glyndwr were welsh muggles who lived very predictable and, to be honest, boring lives. He was a solicitor and she was a typist. They were married in 1954 and had four children, Eifion Rhys, born in 1956, Alis Ceridwen, born in 1958, Siân Enfys, born in 1960, and Sieffre Ianto, born in 1961. Sieffre was the youngest and had something of a sheltered childhood. He played football in primary school as a striker and did well in maths and history. When he was nine, Siân found out she was a witch and would be attending Hogwarts, and later he learned that he too had magical potential. His parents, though shocked at first to have a witch and wizard in the family, supported their children and allowed them to attend Hogwarts. Siân was sorted into Gryffindor, and Sieffre in to Hufflepuff. Originally nervous in the Wizarding world, Sieffre eventually adjusted and became fascinated by quidditch. Eventually, he joined the Hufflepuff team as keeper. He did reasonably well in school, though he was never really a star student. He took to Herbology and Potions, probably because he'd helped out a lot with his mother's gardening when he was growing up, but he always faltered in Transfigurations and Defence Against the Dark Arts. He became better at the former with the help of Ashlyn Cooper, who helped with Herbology in return for assistance in transfigurations. It was a good system and the two became friends because of that. As for DADA, Siân helped him with that so that he'd keep quiet about her love-life when they were home. All in all, he felt the effort was worth it in the end. In his fifth year, Siân's sixth, his sister and Ashlyn banded together to force him to join the feminist club, which he is still the only male member of. He also joined the muggle sports club and the comic book club, mainly to keep the other boys from teasing him about being too much of a girl. Luckily, quidditch did allow him to have male friends, he'd just never been very skilled at gaining friends on his own and usually just went along with whoever attached themselves to him. He took his OWLs at the end of his fifth year and scored very well in Herbology, Potions, Charms, Muggle Studies, and, thanks to Ashlyn, Transfigurations, also attaining acceptable scores in DADA and History of Magic. Though he held onto the hope of one day playing quidditch professionally, he decided to work toward becoming a healer just in case that plan didn't work out. He is now a sixth year, and is trying to buckle down on his studies, though Quidditch is still his main focus. He's also attempting to get up the nerve to speak to Ashlyn outside of their friendship, since he's had a rather pathetic and hopeless crush on her since she started tutoring him. The problem is that whenever he tries to talk to her about his crush, he starts stammering and acting like an idiot.
oh, i get by with a little help from my friends Hufflepuff Scorpio: This is one of the more bizarre signs to get sorted into House Hufflepuff, but every now and then it happens. It's not as contradictory as one would think. Scorpio is perfectly happy to work behind the scenes without getting much recognition, provided that work actually gets something meaningful done and results in personal success; success means different things to different people, and Hufflepuff Scorpios tend to define success as "accomplishment" rather than as "prestige." These Hufflepuffs are indefatigable. They have the energy and the willpower to keep going even when everyone else around them has quit. They are workaholics to an extreme, if they are obsessed with a particular project; otherwise, they are happy to devote their prodigious energies to their family and friends, to whom they are devoted. Scorpio is often associated with the serpents of Aesculapius, demi-god of medicine, and the social orientation and skill at herbals that Hufflepuff wizards exhibit make the Scorpio Hufflepuff a natural healer.
