1. Adam and Rose met at a big Titans/JLA/JSA get together. Adam tried to flirt with her and got shot down pretty fast
2. Rose feeling bad about shooting him down so strongly without really knowing him suggested that maybe they could be friends.
3. They are having a biweekly movie night with each other. Each gets to pick a movie to watch on that night.
4. Any hit of possible romance leaves as they become better friends. Adam offer her relationship advice which Rose tends to ignore thought there are a few gems in there. Rose helps him with new ways to maintain self control.
5. Most people can't figure out how Adam and Rose's friendship works and they don't try to explain not really sure if they could but it does work. It becomes a constant friendship between the both of them that extends down to their kids when they have them.
