I mean, sure, I'm afraid of getting it, if there's even anything to get. Aren't you? But I'm also afraid of psycho killers being let loose in the city. So, y'know.
Besides it's already doing a lot of harm, even if no one actually ends up dying; people with legitimate medical problems aren't able to get the care they need due to the panic.
