~12~ Pull the curtains though the sun had given up
It's almost time to carve pumpkins. I can't wait. Never too early to search for the perfect pumpkin, so I'm keeping an eye out. And now it's getting chilly enough, I hope the street vendors will show up with roasted sweet potatoes soon. I could make them but... it's not the same. And warm cider! This time of year is great, although the mornings on EMT duty are starting to get too cold for my tastes.
Also, please, please, please wash your hands. For at least a minute. With warm water and plenty of soap. And cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough, preferably with your arm and not your hands. It's getting cooler so everyone's going to be in close quarters, gross. So gross.
A few ladies at work are teaching some of us how to knit.
...It's hard.
