At last, the Marauders met again. At last, the four had come together to eat, drink and be merry. Especially the merry part. The Potter parents weren't very strict when it came to pranking, as long as it was outside of the house and Mrs. Potter wasn't involved in those pranks. And however fond Sirius may have been of Mrs. Potter and her sweet heart and good cooking, Sirius wasn't about to mess with her. He knew what kind of wrath would ensue if he even tried to prank her.

Because Sirius was trying to be super stealthy, he hadn't exactly been paying the best attention to Remus the whole day. It was easy to do with James there, joking around and being an idiot with his best friend. He knew that he could easily get James on the topic of girls, and they would prattle on forever.

Remus, as a general rule, was not a jealous person. He was Remus Lupin. He simply didn't care. He didn't care that Sirius had barely looked at him once all day. He didn't care that Pete smelled like fish and wouldn't leave him alone. And he certainly didn't care that Sirius and James would not shut up about Lily Evans.

Nope. Not one bit.

"I kissed her once, you know," Remus said finally, to make them shut up. He had actually kissed her. It had been nice. He was going to shove it in James' face. And maybe make Sirius a little jealous.

	Sirius tried not to let that comment bother him as much as he normally would have. It didn't look very natural. It would have blown both of their cases. So Sirius did whatever it took. "Who hasn't?" he teased, punching James in the leg. "Besides you, of course, mate," Sirius said as James punched him back and a tackle ensued. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

Well, Remus thought. That was rather counterproductive, wasn't it? He sighed and cleared his throat and turned to Pete, who still smelled like fish. Remus chose to ignore this.

"I'm going to the bathroom," Remus told him. "You can tell them to sod off if they ever decide to stop flirting and ask where I am, okay?" Peter nodded and Remus stood and walked away without a second look to either of the boys.

	Sirius girlishly smacked James in the face, on the arms, wherever he could reach as Remus walked away. But when he did walk out into the distance, towards James's house, Sirius wheeled around. Coughing, he said, "I gotta get a drink." Without another word, he followed his best friend, just far enough to be inconspicuous. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Remus could tell Sirius was following him. It gave him some sort of grim satisfaction and he wasn't sure why. He entered the Potter's house through the kitchen and made his way to the downstairs bathroom. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	He followed Remus into the Potter's house, thinking that his friend might get a drink of water, but when he made his way downstairs, he followed curiously. Sirius would follow him, wherever he went. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Remus hadn't asked Sirius to follow him. He didn't particularly care if Sirius followed him. Sirius could just go tackle James some more for all Remus cared. He went into the bathroom and closed the door, locking it behind him. He was possibly just the tiniest bit of a drama queen. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Remus didn't really want Sirius to be gentle. Remus didn't want to be gentle, so he wasn't. He pressed his lips against Sirius' and his hand curled at the other boy's collar. It was a claiming sort of kiss. The drawback to being a werewolf, (along with everything else), was the fact that Remus felt the need to mark his territory. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
