1. Make sure you know what you're getting into. I'm a liberal, agnostic, camera whoring, anime fan who used to participate in rating communities. If you can get past that you've got a good start, however, read at your own risk. I'm not censoring myself for you, so you're going to have to deal with that. Also keep in mind that "Your Goddess and Mistress" is a fucking joke. If you think I take that mess seriously, then I don't need you around me because you've totally missed who I am then, and you'll probably never get it.

2. Several interests in common is a plus. Not a friending-killer, but I'd rather have people on my FL that I can relate to, instead of a bunch of posts about absolutely nothing we share in common.

3. Drama happens. However, it should not happen all the damn time. If you start drama more often than you change your clothes, then you already have your answer on whether I'll add you back or not.

4. Serial adders and trolls will be laughed at and then banned from commenting.

5. Unless you're someone I already know moving to a new username, only established journals please.

If you at least somewhat follow all of these rules, I'll be more than willing to add you. Just leave a comment asking to be added.

Heya, I know I don't comment as much as I would like to, and all that stuff, but I want you to know I really do enjoy reading your journal, and think your rules are awesome.

By the way, could you recommend me some good anime I haven't seen before? I figure you're the person to ask! I've gotten into Ghost in the Shell, Deathnote, Evangelion, Ergo Proxy and Hellsing recently, and am on the lookout for more that may spark my interest. :)

Hmmm...judging from the ones you've given me, I'd say Witch Hunter Robin might be something you want to check out. The animation and the storyline are pretty similar to some of the things you've seen. :) However, if you're looking for something in a different direction, maybe something sillier, I'd suggest Full Metal Panic, GTO, or School Rumble.

Cool, thanks! :) I'll definitely check those ones out. I'm really open to anything, but I've really just started becoming an anime fan girl a few months ago, so I kinda walk in, look at the selection, and panic a little! There's a really wide range of stuff available out where I am right now, so I've been trying to get recommendations before I just drop the cash on things I have no idea about.

One of my friends also recommended Full Metal Panic, so I might start there... I haven't heard of Witch Hunter Robin, so it will be something to look for, too. :)

Hahaha. Try going to an anime con. It's almost overwhelming how much stuff is out there. XD However, even those of us who have been watching for years have to ask around and look out for what might be good, so you're on the right track. XD

There's also some of the classics you might want to look into, stuff like Ranma 1/2 or Tenchi Muyo (both fun comedies) or if you want a good, serious mech anime I'd recommend Gundam Wing. Cowboy Bebop or Trigun are always good ones. I also recommend Bubble Gum Crisis Tokyo 2040.

Full Metal Panic is a good one to start on. My friend introduced me to WHR in 04. It's a good anime, and it's got the same kind of dark tone with a lot of mystery kind of like the other anime you mentioned watching, so I think it might be one you'd want to check out. XD

Also, I'd recommend anything by Hayao Miyazaki. I've never been unhappy with any movie of his that I've seen.

Oh, you're fine. I know I can come off as your average tard fangirl sometimes, and I'm sure there are some points where people would love me to shut the hell up. Also, there seems to be a lot of be a lot of people not being able to understand me right now and I guess in some way that might be my fault, so it's nothing you should worry yourself about.
