Sasuke's lips quirked mildly. "A collapsed lung? No. It's like ripping through paper. As long as you know what you're doing, and don't knick the ribs instead, it requires next to no force with a sharp knife. The person will wheeze, that's another sign you did it right."
Why was he giving tips to a blonde on how to basically kill a person? Well, because Suigetsu was harmless. Like a puppy. Sasuke knew he'd never actually use these tactics on anyone, unless perhaps he was fighting for his life. And he wasn't a bad person, as far as light-hairs went. He'd proved that quite a few times already, giving them tips on when the Sweepings would occur, amongst other raids. Having such a large family, it was pertinent information.
