He knew better than anyone else Suigetsu was pretty much always free (aside from work), but he wasn't going to call him out on his lack of friends and hobbies.
"It's not that they don't take kindly to blondes, it's just that most blondes steer clear of the what they consider an inferior crowd." He shrugged. "I'm sure the bartender would happily welcome you, you'd give him more business than he'd get all week."
Sui, like most blondes, wasn't poor. He definitely wasn't the richest, either, but compared to him Sui could be a millionaire. Even brunettes had it ten times better than dark-hairs. There was no such thing as a middle class in the Third district, much less an upper-class. Only brunettes and blondes ever used those terms.
"They play good music, too," he added, in case Sui was interested in such a thing. Blondes, in a strange reversal of privileges, weren't allow to practice playing music. It was considered too emotional. The arts were reserved to the Second District, and the Maths and Sciences were encouraged in the First. The Third was mostly left to its own devices, but learning to play guitar was the last thing on any dark-hair's mind. Still, he loved music, it could be a nice escape when he had the time to listen.
