He's old enough to join the Q.U.A.B.B.L.E. youth leagues! Man, I would've killed to have those extra few years of practice before joining the Hogwarts team! You can't deprive him of that!
And when he crashes into a tree and breaks his neck, he'll know that ain't too fun and won't do it again! Plus they like, charm-pad the shit out of those pitches, he'd probably bounce off like a mile.
