Scraping an almost-empty peanut butter jar is annoying. The butter tends to get on your hands and, even if you can diligently gather every bit—like the stuff that’s at the top near the jar lid—it’s not enough for a PB&J. Or for peanut butter toast. Or even to top a Saltine. So stop trying. Instead, add a few ingredients, shake, and pour the dressing/sauce over salad or rice noodles.
