Well, if you don't feel comfortable with the situation while you're not together, imagine how wrong it'll feel if you do take her back. Then you'll be sitting there regretting the whole thing, but you'll be in deeper shit than you would have been if you just hadn't gone there in the first place.
I don't know Jen well enough to really tell you if you should trust her or not, but it seems to me like you've really got some misgivings about her. If you've tried to think through them and you don't feel any better, maybe you really shouldn't trust her? Like I said, I don't know her well enough, but.
