Abilities
L1- Rapid Blows- Targets a single opponent with Unarmed melee. Give Eiltin one stack of Quickness
L2- Scathach's Training- Attacks all opponent with melee. Put combo setup on hit opponents.
L6- Spear Throw- Attacks a single opponents with slashing ranged. Charging attack that consumes all stacks of Quickness. Exploits combo setup.
L9- Song of the Winds- Causes buffs on Allies and debuffs on Opponets. Inceases amounts of buffs and debuffs caused per stack of Quickness
