if you can find a dl of cs 5 it comes with a gif maker and it's super easy anons however i cannot help you locate it BLAME THE GOVERNMENT but i'd try somewhere on lj like wedontsendit ysi_leftovers(?) those types of comms and just search through programs

guys if you need to dl ps your best bet is torrents right now, there are a few that are either cracked or with keygens and they come with instructions. i've suggested a few reliable ones in here in the past if you'd like!
