Zach politely takes Victoria's clasp from Mina and returns it. "And that's always a step forward. We'll start your lessons soon. Whatever you choose to do with your magic is your business, but at the very least, you should know how to defend yourself, and how to keep it from activating unintentionally."
He smiles and taps a finger against the girl's forehead gently. "Remember, it's not about thinking something can or will happen. It's about believing it should happen. Lewot." He hands her a towel. "For your feet."
