Hu Hot is Amazing
Hasn't been too much going on lately. I've just been playing a lot of old games I never had a chance to play, working not so much, and hanging out with my friends often. Got to see Pineapple Express, which was actually pretty funny. I enjoyed it more than Step Brothers, that's for sure. Just didn't realize there was going to be that much murdering in it. I won't spoil anything, but it's worth seeing in the theaters.

Since I had like three days off in a row last week (I can't remember the last time I've had that), but I was able to check out a lot more titles. The games I played were Prey, Call of Duty 2, Kameo: Elements of Power, Splinter Cell: Double Agent, and Beautiful Katamari.
Liked 'em all. I hate to admit it, but Kameo made me very nostalgic for Banjo-Kazooie and, in turn, made me anticipate the new Banjo-Kazooie game that much more. Beautiful Katamari wasn't as bad as the demo had me think it was. Same old Katamari, just more colorful, more frames per second, and definitely a lot more to roll up.

A side note, Peter recently bought Tomba!. I don't know if anyone else has played that game before, it was made for the original Playstation. A very solid platform/adventure game with lots of different puzzles in it. I watched him play some of it yesterday and, to my surprise, I remembered just about everything in that game. Once again, nostalgia hit me and I couldn't take it. I bought Tomba! 2 (which is a little bit better than the first) off Amazon last night and it should arrive soon. I can't wait. I'm trying not to remember everything about that game, but it's hard.

Madden '09 comes out tonight. I don't really care nor am I going to get it, but we're doing a midnight release. So I get to work 10PM to 1AM. Here's hoping we only get a couple guys showing up. It won't be anywhere as exciting as the GTAIV release. That's for sure. I'd rather just stay home, play more Splinter Cell, go over to Matt's and watch RAW with my friends, but alas. I'm bound to work. Wednesday is going to be fun, but not really. One of the head honchos is coming, so the store has to be perfect. PERFECT. I don't think I remember the last time we had everything perfect, because we get so many damn kids messing it up and a lot of my co-workers don't like to straighten the walls. Oh well. I'll be one of the only ones to make sure it looks good at least. If I could get another raise, I'm sure Jesse would give me one, ha.
