At 5'10 and wearing heels she didn't need to use clothes to be eye-catching. But she did anyway of course, because one had to be in control and command and to do that you needed attention.
"Yes, I'm afraid so darling. It happens in life unfortunately. Why don't we take a stroll around, quick tour if anything, and get to know one another? This will be your new home after all." She turned slightly, an indication of 'let's walk' and waited for a moment for the girl.
