Personality
Jonathan is a through and through friendly bloke. He's a people person and always has been. He's the guy at Hogwarts that would sit with you and let you rant after getting a poor mark on an essay or someone to help you carry your trunk to the Express carriage. Jonathan is noble and has an almost 'elitist' sense of ethics. He can see that they only apply to him and does have to refrain from putting those expectations on others. Jonathan takes pride in being a good example for those around him, especially his family. He finds it frustrating when he can't express himself with the right words or actions. Brooding isn't very common with Jonathan, but he does spend a good portion of his 'alone' time, thinking about things. He could probably write a book on gobbits of information and quotes about how life is and how people relate to each other. Jonathan isn't overtly observant, but more retrospectively thinking.
He's the middle child, but eldest son and takes the responsibility of his family seriously. He would give and do anything for his family, including their partners. Jonathan is incredibly generous and thoughtful, and even though he'd rather give gifts, he can be a little bit of a brat when it comes to getting gifts - he gets a little over-thoughtful about presents and gets his hopes up some and sometimes ends up disappointed. But Jonathan tells himself that it's just a gift and not that big of a deal.

In her fifth year she started dating a boy named Jonathan Bones. The two have been dating nearly a decade now, and Megan couldn't be happier…which…is a lie. She loves Jonathan, with all of her heart and soul, but she's quite perplexed as to why she does not have a ring on her finger. An engagement ring, even. They don't have to get married! Not yet! Except she wants to, but she wouldn't force him into anything. Which is probably why she doesn't have an engagement ring. Megan tells herself that their time will come, and it will be perfect, but it doesn't stop her from pouting greatly at bridal magazines.
When her brother got his ex pregnant, Megan was more than shocked. Of course she'd support Macon and Eddie, but still. It's not very hard to not get pregnant, and she does resent that her parents have made her out to look like the good child. During her youth that's what she'd always wished she'd be viewed as, but not because her brother had messed up. She's happy for Macon, that he's finally at a good place with a good girl (that Megan tries her hardest to find something wrong with, it's just the sisterly thing to do), but is having trouble expressing that as she's a bit jealous of him.

Megan's a perfectionist. Not exactly sure how she manages to survive in a classroom full of second graders, but her tendencies do show. Crayons have a bin, so do markers, so do pencils, journals, text books, the jacket hooks are labeled accordingly, and the children line up by sex, then height, and in case of a tie, there's always age to factor in. Some of the other teachers think she's a bit odd, but are her kids the ones causing the ruckus in the corridors?

She's always been a bit of a goody-goody, which probably annoyed her brother, but Megan needed her order, and why go against what her parents said if that kept her out of trouble? Surely there was no reason to, so Megan kept her nose clean and though she'll never admit it, was quite the snitch and tattletale. Rules were made to be followed! She could certainly disagree with them, even argue them, but at the end of the day if she couldn't validate her point, Megan followed along. She supposes what made the Sorting Hat send her to Hufflepuff was how immensely loyal she was to her parents and brother (when he wasn't bugging her like little brothers tend to do). She's a very hard worker like every Hufflepuff, but Megan thinks that to be successful in any House would make someone hardworking.
