New Security Rulings!
A new decree has provided the civilians of Wizarding Great Britain with great measures of security! Backed and supported most vocally by Tiberius McLaggen, Third Year Chair on the Wizengamot, these new rulings will provide a safer environment for all.

  • Vanishing Cabinets are now required to be registered with the Ministry. Special confidentiality precautions will be taken if said Vanishing Cabinet is for protective reasons only (Intended for escape routes, reaching an ill family member; the Ministry will decide if reasoning is valid).

A clean sweep of any illegally owned Vanishing Cabinets will be conducted over a short period of time. If found with an unregistered Vanishing Cabinet, penalties will apply.

  • Security Checks when entering and leaving Diagon Alley. Hitwizards will be on duty to provide a clean, supervised check of wand activity (checks for Dark Magic), and jinxed items.

  • Hitwizards will be on patrol in both Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade Village at all times of the day. Shop owners will be provided with charm work that can immediately call their assistance if absolutely necessary

  • Vigilantism will not be tolerated in any spell or form. Any civilian attempting to take the law into their own hands will face punishment by the Ministry. Attacks on suspected death eaters by those unsanctioned by the Ministry end with more damage to property and the civilians around them and could be prevented.
