Ted Kord was bored. If he was aware of the narration, he might be vaguely amused at that, but at the moment, he was just bored. Booster was off somewhere, Bats didn't return his calls, J'onn was pretending not to know him again, and Barda had threatened his manhood if he ever set foot within the same county as her and Scott's house.
Good Lord. He was almost desperate enough to call up Guy.
Fortunately, he had other options. Sexy, brainy, red-haired options.
