…BASICS;
	FULL NAME: Oliver James Wendell AGE: 16 DATE OF BIRTH: January 22nd BLOODLINE: Halfblood YEAR: 2026 - 7th Year HOUSE: Gryffindor HEIGHT/WEIGHT: 6'0" // 175 lbs EYE COLOR: Blue ZODIAC: Gryffindor Aquarians are the social activists and loons of their House. They'll picket for House Elf Liberation. They'll wear their robes inside out because they spent all night reading, not pay attention to how they dressed the next day, and not care if their rumpled appearance is pointed out to them. They are intellectual rebels and will loudly defend their opinions, even if doing so makes enemies. They are apt to question authority. "Even Merlin was wrong, some of the time," they'll say, shrugging. While not particularly good at dealing with crisis situations (they stress out easily) they do tend to have enough foresight to see the situations coming, and prevent them from happening in the first place. They can be flamboyantly talented, but are less interested in using their talent to "make it big" than in using it to make a better life for themselves or other people. Because Gryffindor tends to be a flamboyant house, these oddballs (they are always odd) tend to stick out for being unusual.

…PERSONALITY;
Daring is definitely a good word to describe the male half of the Wendell twins. He doesn't seem to have a fearful bone in his body and there's very little he won't try once, especially if you dare him to or catch him in one of his more hyper moods. He's a big-time thrill seeker and the more dangerous something is, the more he seems prone to do it. Skydiving, bungee jumping - you name it, he's either tried it or he wants to try it. He likes to do those kinds of crazy things just because he can. He's a little bit ADD, too. His natural intelligence doesn't shine through, sometimes, because it's really hard for him to stay focused on anything for long (attention span? what's that?) and he tends to prefer action to talking or learning. He does better in applied classes, sports or other classes where he is actively doing something and less well when he has to sit still and just listen. His grades are surprisingly good, though, because he's learned to focus when he has to and he does have his ADD medication that helps when he remembers to take it. Ollie acts more like the typical big brother sometimes. He's fiercely protective of sister Jessica and of any of the other females in his life. The boy has quite and temper when it comes to seeing the people he loves hurt and he will immediately go after anyone who is mean to Jess. He doesn't think it through at all, so it often leads to TROUBLE, but he always says it's worth it, even when he's being lectured for managing yet another detention, because he was defending his sister's honor. He's a friendly guy, too, always seeming to be happy, always willing to lend a hand or do what he can to make other people happy. He doesn't care about being popular or anything, but if that happens as a side-affect of his generally cheerful and friendly personality, all the better.

…HISTORY;
Ollie was born the only sibling of one Jessica Wendell on a cool winter day in a village just outside of Dublin. He and his family continued to live there until his dad got a better job in London, which relocated the whole family to a village just outside of London. Ollie wasn't very happy about this at first, but he adapted and soon came to regard London as home, easily making friends and settling into life in a place. He spend a lot of his childhood playing football and rugby, horsing around and acting like most young boys do. He likes sports a lot, especially the more physical ones. Ollie became a different person on the field - fierce and violent, filled with a sort of bloodlust.. it seemed only natural that once he got a taste for Quidditch, he'd identify Beater as his favorite position to play. Ollie wasn't really exposed to much magic growing up. He's technically a halfblood, both of his parents being magical, but with a Muggleborn mother and Halfblood father, he was still exposed to a lot of Muggle sports and traditions growing up. He was diagnosed with ADD as a child, too. He tries really hard to remember his medication and stay focused, but, of course, there are some days he just can't manage to keep himself under control as well as he'd like. It's really far too easy to blame all the trouble he gets into on his illness, but, really, even without the ADD, he'd still be a thrill-seeking adrenaline junkie who was constantly pushing the rules. Despite all this, he's worked hard to be who and where he is now. He's always applied himself to the things that matter most to him and he tries really hard not to let his ADD handicap him too much. He even managed to pass a handful of his OWLs with Ashleigh's help, something he is extremely proud of.
