If you try to comment on anonymous, you should be taken to a screen with the option of "anonymous", "OpenID", and one more at the bottom that says "Livejournal", but I haven't tried that one out yet.

What you can do is type in the url for your LJ in the OpenID box, for example 'descocoparadox.livejournal.com'. You'll then be taken to LJ to confirm this, and after that you can leave a comment while logged in from LJ! Although I'm unsure as to whether you receive notifications or not..
