Sophy again!
I just finished American Gods a few weeks ago! I actually liked the climax, because it resolved all the problems I had with the story up until that point, namely, "Wow, the gods in both camps seem to have a kind of miserable existence, why are they bothering to fight? And what good will it do when the war, I'm guessing, won't have any impact on how the population worships them? What could this possibly accomplish? And why are the new gods bothering to be dicks anyways? They're evil...just because?" Also, I liked Laura and her relationship with Shadow. Still liked Neverwhere more, maybe 'cause every other thought I had was, "Oh my God, it's Arthur Dent, but he's REAL"
