You know, I take substance abuse very seriously as well. I can't tell you how seriously I take it because my speech would be so long that it would just be a waste of everyone's time. Just know that I take substance abuse very seriously, Ernest Albert Macmillan. We should really do something to combat all the rampant substance abuse going on within these walls. Come on, Macmillan! You're a prefect! Why aren't you taking the reins in the fight against substance abuse? I thought you took this seriously!
