That was part of the point - he knows she likes him pushing her buttons, being a little controlling. And likes it hard and forceful - to a point. He's trying to push that limit in her, reward her for her patience while he built it up, made her wait. And, ok, there may be a little of claiming her as his own.
He's almost there, super soldier serum or not. His muscles ate tensed, breathing labored, and he's sweating buckets, but he holds on, tightening his stomach muscles and pushing himself hard to hold out for just one more from her.
