CLASS: Lower class. Her family doesn't have much and Tallie relies on selling her art, jewelry, etc to pay for the little things she wants. Like her stash of pot.
FAMILY: Tallie comes from a large family, but it's pretty dysfunctional. She has 3 siblings, at present, but each of them has a different father. Their mom isn't exactly all together, either. She keeps bringing home these horrible guys. Needless to say, Tallie relies on her big brother much more than she does her parents.
SEXUALITY: Open. Tallie doesn't really believe in sexuality or in labels in general. Guy, girl, it doesn't matter. If she's attracted to the person, she'll just go with it.
ACTIVITIES: She doesn't do a lot of extracurriculars, but she's big into art. She's really good at it, too.
APPEARANCE: Petite with dark hair and dark eyes. Her skin is near flawless and she has her own sense of fashion. Some might not call her fashionable, but she pretty much always thinks she looks cool. She makes a lot of her own clothes and jewelry, so her style is certainly unique.

DETAILED PERSONALITY:
Tallie is a girl who marches to the beat of her own drummer. She doesn't pay a whole lot of attention to rules or what she's supposed to do or be. Tallie just is who she is and it's something she's really confident in. She knows she's a talented artist and she chooses to focus on that, which means her other classes fall to the wayside a lot. She's not too worried about it, though. The way she sees it, she's in school because she has to be. She might be convinced to pull up her grades enough to get into Art Institute after she graduates, but that seems really far away.
While not what you would call popular or friendly, Tallie has a decent circle of friends. Well, that depends on your definition of decent, actually. Most of her friends are artists and hippies. A fair number of them smoke pot and drink. Many of them have even tried the harder stuff. Tallie, herself, hasn't done anything worse than smoke a little pot and drink a little tequila. She hangs out with the people she does, because they have things like art and a love of music in common. She just isn't fussed about the things they do. Then again, Tallie isn't fussed about much of anything.
Tallie is an extremely easy going girl. She's stubborn, sure, but when she's getting lectured, she has a tendency to just kind of shrug. Most things just aren't a big deal to her. There isn't much she'll get worked up over, not unless you happen to trigger one of her passions. She's passionate about art. She likes good music and dancing and having a good time, too.
HISTORY:
Tallie's upbringing hasn't been the smoothest or healthiest thing in the world. The way she's grown up, is still growing up, might be a big part of why she doesn't let much of anything get to her. She's the third of four kids, each one with a different father. Her mom is pretty much useless and it seems like she has a different step-dad about once a year. Tallie definitely isn't a fan. Her siblings are her siblings, but her parents? Well, she tries to avoid them more often than not. She doesn't even remember her biological father and her mom has never really been all that motherly.
Early on, she learned she liked to draw and paint. Luckily, there were people around to encourage her talent, even if her mom didn't exactly do that. She manages to acquire charcoals and paints and brushes over time. There were always scholarships and things available to get her into art classes. Tallie dove into those classes. She practiced nearly every chance she got. It didn't matter if her step-fathers yelled or beat her when she came home with barely passing grades in her other classes. She'd already learned how to go away on the inside so she could pretend it was happening to someone else.
Besides, no one really seemed to care much when she went out or who she was with and she learned to spend as little time as possible at home. Oh, Josh and Leslie cared about her, she knew, but they couldn't save her from their parents and it was easier to just find an elsewhere to be. She made friends with other artists and loners, people who seemed to get her, and when things at home get to be too much for even her to handle, she takes off with them.
She started smoking pot when she was 12, but she's never been tempted to try anything harder. It's just a social thing, not really about getting high, though that is a nice bonus. She's done her share of drinking, too and she's made out with this guy or that girl on occasion. Tallie isn't what you'd call super experienced, but she doesn't see it as a big deal if she decides to fool around with a friend now and then. If it feels good, why fight it is pretty much her motto.
