APPEARANCE: When Dedalus was younger, he was sort of the lanky, awkward dorky kid that you saw with a book in his hand 24/7. Actually, people didn't recognize him without a book infront of his face when he first started to come out of his shell. This phase lasted for his first and second year, and started to fade away through his third and fourth. It really wasn't until his fifth year that people started to actually notice Dedalus Diggle, but this was really only because had been given a prefects badge, and people had been asking 'who the hell is that kid?'. Then again, he had also grown into his looks, and this also drew a bit of attention... People underestimate Dee because he looks like such a wimp, but this is hardly the case. Baha.

Sometimes he has his head stuck in the clouds, and he rambles a lot about things that don't make much sense to other people, but when he's focused on something, he's completely focused. It is said that he 'doesn't have much common sense', but that's not really completely true. He's just oblivious to certain things. But Dedalus isn't always the dorky Ravenclaw. Ever since he joined the Order, and was nearly killed by a Death Eater, he realized that he had to start standing up for himself, and for other people. He realized that maybe if he was just a little bit braver, he could do some good.
