No, I haven't been hiding...
I've been busybusy. The kiddos who have their young minds placed in my care are putting on a spring talent show on May 3rd. I'm sure it will be hilariously bad, but there'll also be a bake sale and pie auction and all of that. Proceeds go to keeping the school open for another year! Just ask if you want more details!

I'm going to be kind of scarce on the weekends from now until then. Unless you, like, wanted to come volunteer. No matter what, you should be my date to the show. Normally, I take Alec, and he ends up spending his entire paycheck on pies.

It's...a little adorable, yeah. Until one of them throws a full on temper tantrum because someone else is doing the hoola hoop, too.

We just need more hands, really. The moms are doing a good job of keeping the kids in line. Now we need more people to keep the moms in line.

Oh, he'll go anyway, I'm sure. He says he can never have enough pie. But I can also bring a real date.

	You'd be amazed at how worked up a mother can get about her three-year-olds performance in a talent show. Great! I can't say that it'll be insanely romantic or anything, but it should be fun. If nothing else, watching the kids flail around is funny. (Reply to this)(Parent)
