Minnie accepts the hand up, then nods. She acquirers a couple of phone books and a couple of thick catalogs that hadn't been recycled yet, stacks them considerably apart against the wall, and climbs up as instructed, getting up on the balls of her feet to press herself to the wall, legs quite a ways apart, rather aware of yet another display of herself.
