"Are you offering?" he asks, his eyes glowing a bit.
"He won't be easy to kill. He's a powerful telepath and he has levels of protection between himself and the publc. It would have to be a lightning strike, for maximum effort. We can afford to take our time, but not forever." Julian says.
"I want to see him dead at Year's end."
